Enter the Dalton's Dinos museum lobby to unlock the badge and banner code. Complete Level 2 to unlock the charm code. Then take the unlocked codes from Terrible Lizards' main menu and redeem them through your Behaviour Account. These are two codes covering three cosmetic items, with different progress requirements.
You also need a Behaviour Account with your relevant platform accounts linked. Buying or installing Terrible Lizards is not the whole claim process: the in-game milestones, code retrieval and account redemption are separate steps.
Check which reward you have unlocked
| Reward | Terrible Lizards milestone | Code to retrieve |
|---|---|---|
| Badge and banner | Enter the Dalton's Dinos museum lobby | Badge and banner code |
| Charm | Complete Level 2 | Charm code |
If you have only reached the museum, it is normal to have access to the badge and banner before the charm. There is no need to finish the whole campaign for the first code. Conversely, merely entering Level 2 does not satisfy the charm milestone: the requirement is completing that level.
Do not substitute a collectible requirement for those milestones. You do not need an amber checklist to unlock these codes. Keep the reward task focused on the required campaign progress, then move to the main menu when you are ready to collect the relevant code.

Entering the museum lobby is the first reward milestone.
Retrieve the codes in Terrible Lizards
- Reach the milestone for the reward you want.
- Return to the main game menu.
- Select Dead by Daylight Rewards, located at the bottom right.
- Take the newly unlocked code for the corresponding reward.
The rewards tab is the important destination. The codes are not obtained by entering a general public promotional word into Dead by Daylight's shop. They are generated or made available through your progress in Terrible Lizards, then used in the matching account campaign.
Keep the two codes distinct when copying them. Label one as the badge and banner code and the other as the charm code, especially if you unlock both before redeeming either. This prevents choosing the wrong campaign during the next stage.
Redeem through your Behaviour Account
- Sign in to your Behaviour Account.
- Open Game Library.
- Select Dead by Daylight.
- Open Rewards.
- Find the Terrible Lizards rewards and choose the campaign corresponding to the code you are redeeming.
- Select Claim rewards.
- Enter the code and select the platform.
- After ownership verification, select Get Rewards.
- Look for the confirmation message that the redemption succeeded.
Before the final claim, check the selected platform and the accounts you linked. The official process includes ownership verification, so the account relationship matters in addition to possessing the code. Do not assume that typing a code bypasses the platform check.
The Behaviour rewards page contains promotions for other games as well. Use the Terrible Lizards campaign rather than copying instructions from another promotion. Different campaigns can use different eligibility rules and redemption routes. In particular, a platform restriction or automatic-grant rule listed under another game's name should not be applied to Terrible Lizards.
Find the items inside Dead by Daylight
If Dead by Daylight was open while you redeemed the reward, close and reopen it. Then inspect the Customization tab for the items.
There is no in-game pop-up or notification announcing receipt. The lack of a celebratory message is therefore not proof that your claim failed. The stronger checks are the successful redemption message on the account page and the items appearing in customization after restarting the game.
If the badge and banner are present but the charm is absent, first check whether you actually completed Level 2 and redeemed the second code. The first code does not cover all three items. Repeating the first claim does not replace the separate charm unlock.
If a code or item is missing
Work through the stage that failed instead of restarting the entire process blindly.
- No badge or banner code: confirm you entered the museum lobby in Terrible Lizards, then reopen the rewards tab on the main menu.
- No charm code: confirm Level 2 is complete, rather than simply started.
- A code exists but redemption fails: check that you chose the matching Terrible Lizards campaign and the intended platform, with the relevant accounts linked.
- The account confirms success but the game looks unchanged: restart Dead by Daylight and inspect Customization directly; no receipt pop-up is expected.
Problems generating or accessing a code inside Terrible Lizards belong with WDR Studios support. Record which milestone you reached, which code is missing, your platform, and what the rewards tab shows. Keep the code itself private when describing the problem publicly.
This process explains the stated milestones and claim flow. It does not establish an unlisted entitlement for every subscription, storefront or cross-platform ownership combination. If the ownership check rejects your particular setup, use the exact account message when seeking help rather than assuming the requirements from a different promotion apply.
